Terms of Service

These terms describe how DevStacker provides services. A specific project is always governed by its own written scope and quote, which take precedence over these general terms where they differ.

Services and quotes

• Website, landing page, CRM, automation, and infrastructure work is provided against a fixed scope and quote agreed in writing before work begins.
• Prices shown on this website are starting points ("from" prices). Your quote reflects your actual scope.
• Work requested outside the agreed scope is scoped and quoted separately before it is done — there are no surprise charges.

Ownership

Client retains ownership of their domain, content, and business data, subject to contract and third-party provider terms. On full payment, the deliverables produced for your project are yours to use for your business.

Third-party costs

Licensing, hosting, domain, and third-party subscription costs are not included in DevStacker implementation or Care fees unless stated otherwise in your scope. Accounts for third-party services are registered in the client's name wherever practical, so the client keeps control.

DevStacker Care plans

• Care plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled by either side with notice before the next billing period.
• Care covers ongoing management — updates, backups, monitoring, and the inclusions listed for your plan level. It does not include unlimited custom development; larger new projects are scoped separately.
• Exact monitoring coverage depends on the plan level selected.

Digital products

The LiveChat for Perfex CRM module is sold under its own license (EULA) and covered by the refund policy. Support covers bug fixes and help using the module's features; customisation and integration with third-party systems are not included in product support.

Reasonable limits

Outages or failures caused by third-party providers outside the agreed scope are diagnosed and communicated, not guaranteed against. Timelines given in a quote assume the client provides content and access on the schedule agreed in the scope.
