LiveChat for Perfex CRM — License (EULA)

This license applies to the LiveChat for Perfex CRM module sold by DevStacker. By purchasing, downloading, or using the module, you agree to these terms.
What you may do
- Install and use the module on one (1) Perfex CRM installation / one domain per license purchased.
- Connect multiple websites to that single Perfex installation, each with its own chatbot and settings, as the module allows.
- Customize the module's settings and styling for your own business use.
- Receive module updates and 6 months of support (bug fixes and usage help) from the purchase date.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or make the module (or its license key) available to any third party.
- Use one license on more than one Perfex installation or domain. Moving to a new domain is allowed if the old installation is removed — contact support and we'll help you transfer.
- Remove or alter copyright and license notices inside the module.
Requirements and third-party services
- The module is an add-on and requires Perfex CRM (self-hosted), which is sold separately and is not included.
- The AI chatbot requires your own Google Gemini API key. No API key is included or shipped inside the module. Usage beyond Google's free tier is billed by Google to you, under Google's terms.
- The module does not modify Perfex CRM core files.
Refunds
Purchases are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. On refund, this license ends and the module must be uninstalled and deleted.
Liability
The module is provided "as is", with support as described above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevStacker's liability for any claim relating to the module is limited to the amount paid for the license.
Non-affiliation
LiveChat for Perfex CRM is built independently as an add-on for Perfex CRM. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Perfex CRM or its authors. "Perfex CRM" is used only to describe compatibility.
