DevStacker ("we", "us") operates the website devstacker.online. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. DevStacker is operated by Abdul Waheed, a full-stack web developer based in Pakistan, working with clients worldwide.

Information we collect

• Information you send us: when you submit the contact form, the free audit form, or email/WhatsApp us, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company or website URL, and your message.
• Purchase information: if you buy the LiveChat for Perfex CRM module, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. We receive your name, email address, and license details needed to deliver the product and provide support. We never see or store your full card details.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability purposes.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare your audit, quote, or project.
• To deliver purchased products, issue license keys, and provide support.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Third-party services

This website uses a small number of third-party services to function: a form-delivery service that forwards form submissions to our email inbox, a payment provider for product checkout, and font hosting (Google Fonts). Client work

Client retains ownership of their domain, content, and business data. Information you share for a project is used only to deliver that project and is not reused for other clients or published without your permission — which is why client case studies on this site are anonymized by default.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry and audit information is kept only as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for its duration and ordinary record-keeping.
